Terms of Contract and Rules you must fulfill.
If you decide to join our school, you're required to agree to and fullfill all terms of our contract and rules.
Please read carefully the terms written below before you apply.
1. You must be a native English speaker or you must have almost the equal ability.
2. You must live in Japan to apply to our recruitment.
3. You must provide 30 minutes free trial lesson for every student at first appointment.
4. You must pay for your own transportation and cafe. Neither EREV nor the student pay for them.
5. You must not make a personal contract of English lessons with our students.
6. You must attend to your students as a teacher and business person in an appropriate manner.
7. You must not let other people know all of the student's information.
8. EREV does not pay for anything anytime to teachers whatever happens, including transportation cost and lesson fees in case lessons are canceled.
9. You must not betray EREV's confidence to you too much through all of the activity.
And, as a matter of course, you must agree to act in good faith at all times, to give proper care and attention to the job,
to utilize your skills and knowledge to perform the job to the best of your ability. You must also agree to obey all
reasonable and lawful instructions of our LLP.
If we find your violation of the Terms of Contract and Rules, we have to take some actions including legal actions and sharing
your personal information among English school alliances and recruiting companies in Japan.
The lesson fee is \2,400 per 60 minutes. The remuneration is paid by your student directly.
